• Eating clean, no gluten for me. • Creating space just for me, currently before 7:30am (NO - work is being done - which is a huge adjustment but I’m loving the freedom of those two first hours to do more soul soothing stuff!) What is currently working for YOU?? .

Dog days of summer; I need more swimming and less desk! 🤓🙄
I’ve been missing the ocean pretty much since the day we got here but over the weekend my hubby & I went to the lake, I took a much needed study break & of course I went swimming to cool off. Surprise, surprise for me. It was WARM & sandy & wavy a bit but no salt in the eyes. How fun?! I loved it. Where is the best quieter spot to go swimming right now?! Do any of you fabulous locals have a secret spot to share?! Dm me! I could get used to this lake life 👌🏼✨ .
